Malibu Chic correspondents have visited various nail salons like bellacures, TLC, ISpaLane, montana nail, and Brentwood nails.

Bellacures, a cool and comfy place that is never too overcrowded and has nice people who are always eager to help. The service is great!!

TLC is WAY too overcrowded! They do a nice job, but you just feel so uncomfortable there!!

I Spa Lane is luxury, but affordable. Great manis and pedis. However, the employees are very rude and aggressive.

Montana nail has great feign shui. The vibe is nice, and peaceful. Great service and a wide array of colors!

If you think spending your whole time inside watching movies is a fun idea of summer, you must be crazy! Try going to the pool, or reading a book in the sun with some lemonade and an umbrella. There are so many great and active things to do, just go out and try! Meet up with friends, go to the beach, or shopping, and I guarentee you’ll have a great time! ever just wanted to get your hair blown out? and wanted a cheap price. well then you should go to the blow dry bar or my blow la. both places just to blowouts for only 35 dollars!!!! this is great for when your in a hurry and your light on cash! i get my hair done at these places all the time! hope this was helpful!!

How to make your own lip gloss

1. Use a bowl. Mix in a spoon of honey. And cut one inch slice of lipstick, and a tablespoon of petroleum jelly.

2. Mix well. melt it in the microwave.

3. Get another bowl.

4. Add one tsp. vanilla extract.

5. Add a small drop of strawberry and mango essence

6. Mix in a drop of butter

7. Mix well. Put that bowl in the microwave. Combine one bowl into the other,mix it all until soft.

8. Put it in the container. Then, put the container in the fridge half an hour…..

How to make your own face mask!

1 tbsp of oatmeal

1 tbsp of organic plain yogurt

a few drops of honey

then mix the oatmeal and the yogurt then warm a spoon under hot water and pour the honey on the spoon and mix. apply the mask and let it sit for 10 min. then remove the mask with water and apply moisturizer. i love this mask i hope you do to!!!!1

when i go online shopping the first thing i click is sale. because when i click on new items like many people click on i want something that is not in my price range, so on sale mostly all of it is my price range. then after i click on sale i look at the deals like on bath and body works they have 2 14 ounce candles for 20 bucks which is pretty good because a single 14 ounce is 19.50 so your buying 2 for the price of one. when it comes to shipping just get the standard its not like you need it now unless you are going to a event the next day and if that is true you should not have bought something online! and remember sale items are just as cute. so go online and shop!!

Ok. When was the last time YOU wore your hat. (And no, this doesn’t count for that Yankee baseball hat in that black hole in your closet) I don’t wear hats that often, unless I’m playing a sport or hanging at the beach with my white sunhat. Back to the question… When was the last time? Over the summer in Hawaii, during the winter in Switzerland? However, hats are coming back into style! Go to the store and get a cool fedora for a day of walking on Montana, or a beanie for that chilly morning walk with your dog.

People used to lay out for hours getting a tan but now that doctors say that to much sun could give you skin cancer people have found a new way to get that glow. FAKE TANNER!!!! fake tanner is great for everyone its easy and cheap. cheap you say?? yes don’t go to a tanning salon and pay a 100 dollars for a tan that will last you a week. Go to a cvs or your local drug store and buy self tanner. my fav. from drugs stores are Jergens Natural glow, Neutrogena MicroMist Airbrush Sunless Tan, and L’Oreal Salon Perfect Airbrush Mist. hope this was helpful. and remember to ALWAYS WEAR SUN BLOCK!
